By using BABBBLE by ABBBLE CO PTY LTD (BABBBLE AI feature suite: face swap, image-to-video, portrait, etc.) you agree to these terms and to provide lawful, consensual inputs.

2. Acceptable Use — Deepfake Consent

You must own rights or have explicit consent for every face, voice, and video you upload. Face swap tools require checking “I own rights / have consent”. Do not create non-consensual, deceptive, or illegal deepfakes. We log `userId` + `tool` + `provider` for abuse review.

3. Watermark & Export

Free tier outputs may include a subtle “BABBBLE” watermark; Pro (`components/pricing.jsx:73` $12/mo) is watermark-free. Batch ZIP respects plan.

4. AI Providers

Tools run via BABBBLE AI Engine. Provider terms apply.

5. Privacy & Deletion

24h auto-clear as in Privacy. “Delete Now” in Dashboard → Jobs deletes immediately.

6. Liability

Outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for how you use generated media, including compliance with local laws.
