24-hour Auto-Clear

All uploaded images, videos, audio and generated results are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. You can also delete immediately via “Delete Now”.

1. What we collect

Account data via Clerk (name, email, imageUrl, tokenIdentifier), project/job metadata (Convex `jobs` `generations` `assets`), and media you upload for processing (ImageKit `tool`).

2. How we use it

To run BABBBLE AI tools, store history in `Dashboard → Jobs`, and enforce quotas (free 720p watermark vs Pro 4K no watermark).

3. Sharing

Media is sent to our AI providers for inference only. We do not sell data or use your uploads to train models.

4. Retention

Every `jobs`/`assets` row has `expiresAt = now + 24h`. Hourly cron `convex/crons.js:1` (`internal.jobs.deleteExpiredJobs`) purges DB + ImageKit/R2. Manual “Delete Now” deletes immediately.

5. Your rights

Access, delete, or export your data via Dashboard or contact. For deepfake compliance, face swap requires consent checkbox (“I own rights / have consent”).
